About the Hyatt Regency Cleveland at The Arcade

The Hyatt Regency Cleveland at The Arcade is one of the most unique and prestigious hotels in Cleveland. The innovative design encompasses two nine-story towers of hotel rooms and suites. The top three floors of the five-story atrium concourse make up the remainder of the 293 luxury rooms.

About The Village at 115

The Village at 115 is a new and very attractive 740 bed apartment style complex that offers many amenities that are above and beyond what you might expect to find on a university campus.

Apartments have three to six bedrooms bedrooms in a variety of different floor plans. Each apartment has a common living room / dining area and a full kitchen. Each person has a private bedroom, and there is one bath/shower room for every 2-3 persons..

A typical apartment is composed of shared areas and individual bedrooms. Card-swipe electronic locks protect not only the outer apartment door, but also each individual bedroom door.
