Our aim is to be inclusive rather than exclusive of high quality papers, but in order to maintain quality of published papers, each manuscript will be reviewed by an editor and at least one other person prior to acceptance. The guidelines below are designed to ensure readability in all papers.

Style Guidelines:
Submissions should be formatted in accordance with APA or Academy of Management Journal style guidelines. Please see examples here for further details of how to format headings within your paper. We may ask you to make additional editorial changes as needed once your paper has been accepted for inclusion in the series.

Tables and Figures:
All tables, figures, etc. should be embeded in the submitted single manuscript file.

Page Length:
While there is no set minimum or maximum length for submissions, we suggest papers between 20-35 pages, including references.

Copyright:
The contribution should be original and it should in no way violate any existing copyright. Submission of a paper represents the author’s agreement to allow the publishers of the B.A.W.B. Working Paper Series to publish the paper in any written or electronic format for distribution to all interested parties in perpetuity with or without compensation to the publishers and without compensation to the author. The parties understand that the author is granting a nonexclusive license and all copyrights remain the property of the author.
